This morning I went for a HIIT cardio session at the gym and it’s actually quite fun. I do a 20min one where you warm up for five minutes by walking. Then you sprint for 30s, walk for 1min and back to sprinting and so on for 20min. Gets you sweating and it’s a good 20min.
Then breakfast and shower time! Yay!
Had my ginger smoothie for a snack today. Still not a fan of the spice...
Fancy lunch today consisted of eggs with tomatoes, goats cheese and a rice cake with guacamole.
After a glass of wine, I’m having a nice quiet evening and am already tired so gonna fall aslee soon. Night night x
